Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit before production for projects above 500 EUR, with the rest of the balance paid maximum 14 days after completion.

Materials & Durability

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality, durable vinyls (like Metamark, Oracal, Avery, and 3M) and professional-grade materials designed to withstand outdoor conditions.

Q: How long will my sign or wrap last?
A: Depending on the material and exposure, our vinyl signage can last 5 – 7 years.

3D Projects

Q: What types of 3D projects can you make?
A: We create 3D visualizations, prototypes, and custom objects for marketing, product development, and signage displays.

Q: Can you print my 3D model?
A: Yes – we can print your provided file or design a custom model from scratch.

Installation & Delivery

Q: Do you offer installation on-site?
A: Yes, we install locally in Almere and surrounding areas. For clients further away, we can ship your sign or decal with installation instructions.

Q: How long does installation take?
A: Small projects can be done in under an hour; larger wraps or signs may take a full day or more.
